friendly staffdecorated lobby
The breakfast included a lot of choices. It was great!!! The lobby area is nicely decorated and feels inviting. I found the staff very friendly and helpful.
The front desk seemed a bit understaffed at times. It resulted in slight delays.

The front desk staff were cute and helpful . The room was nice and neat with comfortable beds and two key cards. Breakfast included a huge variety and the staff kept the rooms very clean each day. It's a place I will surely recommend it, the manager was fantastic, a true host.
The pillows were hard, though I find it slightly better than having very soft ones!

Breakfast had a good variety. The food was delicious and the coffee was great! Breakfast is included with the stay, and they had everything you could want to start your day, so I will visit again.

The hotel's location is ideal! It is close to the airport, yet quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is situated near a business park, close to public transport for easy access to the center.

The front desk staff gave a very warm welcome. They were so kind and helpful throughout my visit! Nothing was any trouble for them. They were the best reception staff I've ever encountered.

The room was neat, clean, and tidy, it had all the necessary amenities. The room was cleaned daily! I chose not to have my room cleaned . I thought that was my way of helping the environment.

the staff was attentive and available throughout my stay. everyone in the reception. it was nice to have breakfast included. the room was comfortable and a good value for the price. i'm satisfied with everything from the hotel.
there's not a lot to offer. rooms are fine but there is no water or fridge. i had a business meeting and there was no iron in the room. they charge to keep your luggage, and this is the first time i have experienced that.
